Orders are handmade, checked, and prepared for dispatch within 2–7 business days. Custom and personalized orders may use the full processing window.

Standard shipping is free to destinations available at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, those charges are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch when available. Carrier, customs, weather, security, holidays, or local service disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.
Products are made and shipped directly from our sewing workshop in Ukraine.POHONCHUK LLC is a U.S. company. The Houston address shown on our site is our company mailing address, not a fulfillment or return location. Return routing is handled separately: after a return is approved, we provide the correct address, which may be our U.S. returns partner or another designated return facility.
