1. Order cancellations
Any order that is not custom or personalized should be canceled before it is shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return under the conditions below.
For custom or personalized orders, cancellation may not be possible once production has started. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible.
2. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
We encourage customers to review their order carefully before purchase and to contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue.
3. Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned in the original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Please pack returned items carefully to help prevent damage in transit.

5. How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pifpafshop.com or through our Contact page.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide the necessary return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
6. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within the time required by your bank or payment provider.
8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us first.
Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the exchange, and return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is required because of our error.
9. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive an item you did not order, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
We may ask for photos to better understand the issue. In these cases, we will do our best to offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Items damaged after delivery
If a product becomes damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery, we may not be able to issue a refund.
However, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to help with guidance.
11. Restocking and refusal of returns
A restocking deduction may apply if a returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions of this policy, including returns requested outside the 30-day period or returns sent without prior approval.
12. Policy updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes become effective once posted on this page.
