At Pifpafshop, we offer both standard (non-custom) products and custom-made items. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Standard (Non-Custom) Products
Standard (non-custom) products are eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item is not marked as final sale
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
There are no restocking fees.
Custom (Made-to-Order) Products
Custom products are items made specifically to a customer’s request, including personalized designs or custom artwork.
Custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Please review all product details carefully before placing a custom order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.
How to report an issue:
- Contact us at support@pifpafshop.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include:
Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
How to Request a Return
You can request a return in either of the following ways:
Option 1: Through Your Customer Account
- Click START A RETURN Sign in to your account using the email address used for the order
- Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email
- Select the order and click “Request return”
- Choose the items, select a return reason, and submit the request
Option 2: By Email
If you prefer, you may contact us directly at support@pifpafshop.com with your order number and request details.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, size, or design, please place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items marked as final sale
