Returns & Refunds

1. Order cancellations

Non-custom orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Custom or personalized orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Return window

Standard, non-custom items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.

3. Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, in the condition received, and in their original packaging. Contact support@pifpafshop.com before sending anything back.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. After approving your request, we will provide the correct return address. Depending on the order and your location, the return may be directed to our U.S. returns partner or another designated return facility.

4. Custom and personalized items

Custom-made and personalized items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable, except when they arrive defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

This exception does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

6. Return shipping and fees

For eligible standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.

We do not charge a restocking fee. Do not send returns to our Houston mailing address, our Ukrainian workshop, or any other address without prior authorization.

7. Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

8. Exchanges

For eligible standard items, contact us before requesting a size, color, or model exchange. Custom and personalized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
