PifPaf Shop is a small workshop making playful bean bag chair covers with animal shapes, stitched details, soft forms and custom ideas for rooms that should feel warmer than ordinary furniture allows.

Why we exist
Most bean bags are just fabric sacks. We wanted ours to feel more like characters.
A soft chair can be practical and still have personality. That is the idea behind PifPaf: take something simple, make it useful, then give it a shape, face, mood or story that makes the room feel more alive.
Made in Ukraine
Our covers are made in a small Ukrainian workshop.
PifPaf is not a giant furniture corporation. It is a small workshop brand where people work with fabric, details, product photos, packing and custom ideas step by step.
Every cover starts as fabric and becomes something softer, more personal and more alive through real hands, sewing machines and practical workshop work.

We work with fabric, shapes, details and seams. Some covers are simple. Some need ears, faces, paws, panels or separate decorative parts. The work is not only about making a cover — it is about making the cover feel intentional.
Before packing, we check the important parts: seams, zipper, shape and details.
How we make them
Not factory magic. Just normal workshop work done carefully.
Every design goes through the same basic path: idea, fabric, sewing, checking, packing.
People behind the shape
Ideas pass through hands before they become covers.
Some ideas start as an animal. Some start as a pet photo. Some start as a child’s room theme or a strange concept that somehow makes sense as a soft chair.
The job is to turn that idea into something usable: a cover that can be filled, sat on, moved around and still look like the thing it was meant to be.
We prefer clear product expectations
Our shop sells empty covers. Some photos show the final filled look, but the filling itself is added separately by the customer at home.
We are open to custom ideas
If an idea can work as a real bean bag cover, we can discuss shape, color, details and practical adjustments.

PifPaf Shop sells empty bean bag chair covers. Filling is not included. This keeps shipping compact and lets you choose filling locally — EPS beads, foam filler or reused filling from an old bean bag.
