Customs duty: We cover all applicable U.S. duties
The $800 de minimis exemption ended on August 29, 2025 — duties now apply to every shipment, but we absorb them for U.S. customers.
Depending on the destination country, the buyer may be required to pay customs duties, import VAT, GST, or other local taxes at the time of delivery. Below is current guidance on what charges may apply to your order on arrival.
All PifPaf Shop bean bag chair covers are made in Ukraine. Ukraine has free-trade or preferential trade arrangements with the EU, UK, Canada, and several other markets, which often means reduced or 0% customs duty on goods of Ukrainian origin — but local VAT/GST and handling fees still apply.
We currently cover all applicable U.S. import duties on your behalf. You pay nothing extra in U.S. import duties on delivery.
Our products are bean bag chair covers only. Filling is not included. We ship the cover compactly so you can fill it locally and avoid oversized international furniture shipping.
